Went here for my daughter's birthday as she was craving soup less ramen and this place didn't disappoint. All the noodles had a pretty decent portion especially for the price. All the meat were tender and flavorful, it was packed with umami. Ordering a side of broth is always a good idea. The rice to scrape off all the left of meat and juices is such a great finisher to the meal.

Easy ordering system. Quick service and very friendly staff. Wish there were more space between the tables felt like my party of two suddenly turned into a party of 6. The food is very rich. The noodles are perfectly cooked and bouncy. Chashu pork was cooked perfectly. The eggs are amazing. Everything is delicious.

Tried this place for the first time last Sunday for lunch! We had to wait about 30 minutes for a table for 5. They have a QR code on the table that you scan to order your meal. I ordered the Kimista Mazesoba, and my sister ordered the Curry Nagoya Mazesoba. Both were delicious! The noodles had a really nice bounce to them and were very thick. The flavor of the garlic mixed with the egg yolk and fish powder was exquisite, and when you finish, they give you a small bowl of rice to mix with your leftover sauce. It was a very heavy and filling meal (I definitely did not need the additional rice to be full). The kimista (chopped pork belly pieces) was very well seasoned, but I wish they had the option to order it spicy because I would've loved it even more! Luckily, they did have chili powder on the table as a complimentary condiment so I sprinkled a lot onto my bowl. I also enjoyed the spring mix they added too! Minor cons: The food took SO LONG to come out (we waited 27 minutes for our noodles). In addition, I asked for no green onions (just a preference), but they still gave me a huge load of it. ): Overall, I would definitely try it again! My tip for anyone visiting: to account for the wait time to be seated and wait time for food, be ready to be here for at least an hour and a half.

This spot is fairly small but it has a good amount of seating. Parking is usually not an issue because there is a huge parking lot. Service was decent and the waitress was attentive and friendly. I got the original Nagoya Mazeseoba, which consisted of minced pork, green onions, chives, seaweed, garlic and an egg.. it was very interesting to break the yolk and mix all the ingredients together before consuming. It was very flavorful and quite too salty for my liking. The takoyaki was very fresh, crispy, and delicious. The matcha latte was very creamy and I could tell it was made with quality matcha. Not too sweet and very yummy!

///Food (5/5): We ordered Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba, Geso Nanban (fried squid leg), and Ebi Nanban (fried shrimp). The squid and shrimp were both fried to perfection. The noodles were rich in flavor, every strand was covered in sauce. The chashu was high quality and exceptionally tender. Overall, the price is fair for the high quality of the food and generous noodle portion. ///Service (3/5): The ordering process was easy, using the QR codes provided at each table. The wait for the food was long: about 20 minutes for the appetizers and an additional 20 minutes for the noodles. The waitress seemed unenthusiastic and annoyed. Overall, the servers were unattentive, but the business did look busy.

I got the Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba it was very delicious! The flavors were umami and savory. I loved all the components of the dish from the two different types of eggs to the chewy and thick noodles. The saucy ground pork and the poached egg helped to mix everything together and provide flavorful bites. I also liked to add some chili and vinegar on the side to add more heat and cut the richness. When you're about to finish your noodles, the staff will give you and additional portion of rice to mix in and absorb all of the saucy goodness. Ugh, so good! I also got a side of broth which paired well with the main noodle dish. The broth was warm and flavorful. Overall, a great experience here! I got to the restaurant as soon as it opened at 5:30pm on a Friday and it was already starting to fill up, so I'd recommend planning ahead. There's also ample parking. The service was great as well and my server explained everything clearly and was attentive.

Sat at the bar for dinner and had no wait and got to watch the cooks mix up noodles! I wasn't that hungry so I got one step below the deluxe with Cha siu and broth. I like how they had to explain on the menu not to add the broth to the mazesoba.. I ordered the chicken karage to share and it was delicious fried, larger pieces than expected and cooked perfectly not dry at all. Noodles have a delightful chewy bounce and since I didn't get spicy liked that they had chill power and vinegar out on the tables so you can add to your taste. Key is to mix everything up really well and at the end they also give a small scoop of rice to eat with any left over sauce/toppings.

Ordering is done through the qr code on the table. The server that was working that day was really informative and courteous. Deluxe Nagoya Mazesoba: The sauce was creamy and wasn't oily at all. I definitely enjoyed it more when I added the vinegar. It added some sweetness and another depth to the flavor. Noodles were bouncy. Char siu was more on the tougher side. I ordered the spicy version and it was very tolerable/mild to me. Once you are done with the noodles you can ask for a free bowl of rice to finish up the remaining sauce and minced pork. They have lots of seating options available from bar seating, tables and booth style sofa seats. On a Monday afternoon, there was no wait time and only a few people dining in. Lots of free parking.
